I also notice my own part in the ending statement of focus: "what we want to do is create fields within every sector or institution focused on strengthening connection and facilitate learning across these sectors and institutions" - at VillageCo (villageco.org) we are working on the first half of that sentence - strengthening connections - knowing full well many others are working on that second half.
